Mizzou K-12 Online is Redefined

This summer the staff have been working to reinvent and redesign online learning. Mizzou K-12 Online’s course and program development benefit from being a part of the College of Education at the University of Missouri, allowing for the integration of cutting-edge, research-based concepts.

Some of the exciting upgrades include:

Fully Redesigned Courses

The updated course design includes beautiful new graphics, interactive activities, and a quality curriculum.

Canvas: A New Virtual Learning Space

Students will have a new online classroom that is powered by an industry leader: Canvas, which is known for its student-friendly environment and ease of use.

The Tiger Portal: Centralized Access

For just about everything that students need to do, from accessing class to requesting an exam proctor, students have one login to manage their student account.

Parent and Counselor Reporting

Parents and counselors are provided login credentials to help monitor student progress and allow access to grades and transcripts.

Redeveloped Website

The Mizzou K-12 Online website is redesigned, offering one location with information for students, parents, and counselors.

Support Staff Increases

To serve all student questions about these and other exciting new changes, a full group of support staff in S3 — Student Support Services — are available.
